TERMS & CONDITIONS - MARKETING (Service SMS Campaign)

  • This campaign’s purpose is to assist in Next Level Med Solutions marketing and scheduling. Users can expect to receive appointment reminders messages, occasional marketing messages, and messages about booking and rescheduling appointments.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  • If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@nextlevelmedsolutions.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

TERMS & CONDITIONS (Website + Booking + Services)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Next Level Med Solutions website and services, including booking, purchases, memberships, and communications. By using our website, submitting a form, booking an appointment, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

To respect our providers’ time and ensure availability for all clients:

  • Same-day cancellations are not permitted.

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time

  • If you miss your appointment or cancel late, you may be subject to a late cancellation / no-show fee

  • If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible

2) Deposits, Payments & Card on File

  • We may require a valid card on file to secure appointments, memberships, packages, or cancellation policies

  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless a written arrangement is made in advance

3) Refunds, Packages, Memberships & Promos

  • All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.

  • Packages and memberships are non-transferable unless explicitly stated in writing

  • Promotional pricing and member pricing cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated

  • Offer terms (including expiration dates, included services, and restrictions) are provided at purchase/booking and become part of these Terms

4) Results Disclaimer / No Guarantees

  • Individual results vary based on biology, medical history, lifestyle, and adherence to pre/post-care. We do not guarantee specific outcomes

  • Some services may require multiple sessions for optimal results. Your provider will review expectations and an individualized plan

5) Medical Disclaimer & Eligibility

  • Information on this website and in our communications is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice

  • Services may require a consultation and/or medical clearance. You agree to provide accurate health history and disclose medications/supplements as requested

  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule treatment if it is not medically appropriate or if pre-treatment requirements are not met (for example: recent sun exposure for laser services)

6) Pre-Treatment Requirements (General)

You are responsible for following pre-care instructions provided by our team. Failure to follow pre-care may require rescheduling for safety reasons.

7) Intellectual Property

All website content, text, images, logos, and branding are owned by Next Level Med Solutions and may not be copied or used without permission.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Level Med Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from website use or services, including delays, interruptions, or outcomes.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
